I offer portraits in charcoal and/ or graphite (black and white for now)

Please Email me at Meredith.78@hotmail.com and tell me your preferences for your portrait, and also if there's a date you will need it completed by.

 

I respond to emails same day!

I sometimes have a waiting list, but will do the best of my ability to meet any deadlines for you!

Once we connect, I will ask that you collect/ take as many photos as you can.

Email me many as you like, and we can discuss if you're unsure what would be the most suitable. 

I will send you an invoice to pay a 20% deposit via secure Zelle or Venmo.  Once this is paid, your booking slot is secured.

I can send you various photoshopped design 'mockups' using the photos you have sent me so we can decide on the best together!

I will send you an email/ text notification when I start on your portrait.

If you'd prefer me not to upload any progress photos, as it may ruin a surprise, please let me know!

Once I have completed your portrait, I will email you a final photo for your approval.

You can request any changes to be made.

Once fully satisfied, I will send you an invoice to pay the remaining amount.

​

I will carefully pack your portrait, to a high standard to ensure no damage occurs during postage.
